We want you to love every piece you purchase from Hush, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the completed packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
